Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 pound) boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of fat
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle muscadine red wine
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Place the pork roast in the slow cooker, then pour in the wine. Add the cranberries and garlic, and season generously with salt and pepper.
