Cozy slow cooker hamburger stew with veggies, creamy mushroom soup, and ground beef for a flavorful and comforting meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans water
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 5 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef until nearly browned and crumbly, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add the browned beef to the slow cooker, mix in the corn and condensed soup, then incorporate water, diced tomatoes with chiles, potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, stirring everything together well.
  • Allow the dish to simmer gently until it bubbles and the vegetables reach the desired tenderness, either for 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.
