Versatile slow cooker lentil nacho dip pleases all, with or without meat, as dip or topping.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup green lentils, rinsed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed
Instructions:
  • In a small slow cooker, layer beef, lentils, kidney beans, salsa, and Cheddar cheese. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 4 hours.
