Effortlessly make tender corn on the cob in your slow cooker with this easy recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed diced cilantro
  • 6 to 8 ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Blend chosen flavors with butter until thoroughly mixed. Serve promptly or chill for later use.
  • Individually wrap each ear of corn in foil with a generous smear of butter, then tightly place them in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  • Peel back husk from corn, then generously season with your choice of salt or flavored butters.
