Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (28 ounces) baked beans in barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine the beef, potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper in a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, then layer the beans on top of the beef mixture.
  • Simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 hours until the beef is perfectly tender.
