Savor delicious homemade lasagna flavors without the hassle - simply layer in the slow cooker and let it simmer effortlessly for hours.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) container POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce) package KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 0.25 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Instructions:
  • Combine ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley in a medium bowl, and let the flavors mingle while you prepare the next step.
  • In a large skillet, cook the meat until nicely browned, then drain off excess fat. Add the spaghetti sauce and water, and stir until well combined.
  • Layer 1 cup of meat sauce in a slow cooker, followed by half of the broken noodles and cheese mixture. Add 2 more cups of meat sauce. Top with the rest of the noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Cover with the lid.
  • Simmer on LOW heat for 4 to 6 hours until liquid is absorbed. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and let it sit until the cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
