Effortlessly create a mouthwatering Slow-Cooker Mexican Pork dish using black beans and pork. Simply prep in 5 minutes and let the slow cooker work its magic, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless pork loin roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 1/4 cups thick & chunky salsa
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz), if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine pork, salsa, and chiles in a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Mix in the beans and cover the pot. Let it cook on Low heat for about 5 minutes until the beans are heated through. Finish off by sprinkling some cheese on top.
