Create a mouthwatering dip with sausage, pepperoni, and cheese for dipping baguette slices.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 baguette French bread, cut into 56 thin slices
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, sauté sausage and onion over medium-high heat until sausage is cooked through; drain any excess grease. Add pepperoni, ketchup, and pizza sauce, stirring well.
  • Grease a 1 1/2- to 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the sausage mixture, then mix in the cheese.
  • Cover and slow cook on Low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Gently mix dip before plating. Accompany with bread slices.
