Prepare in 10 minutes for delicious sandwiches with potential leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin tip roast (3 to 4 lb), trimmed of fat
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 bottle (16 oz) Italian dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 12 burger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by spraying the inside with cooking spray. If the beef is tied, remove any strings or netting. Then, place the beef in the cooker and sprinkle it with brown sugar before pouring the dressing over it.
  • Braise over low heat for 10-12 hours, ensuring it's covered.
  • Take the beef out of the cooker and transfer it to a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the beef. Put the shredded beef back into the cooker, mix in Italian seasoning thoroughly. With a slotted spoon, fill each bun with around 1/3 cup of beef. Serve the sandwiches with the extra juices.
