Ingredients:
  • Treviso radicchio lettuce, leaves separated
  • 100g pkt baby cos hearts, leaves separated
  • 2 smoked chicken breast fillets
  • 1 avocado, sliced thinly
  • 50g snow pea sprouts, trimmed
  • 100g walnut
  • 125ml orange juice
  • 100g oil spray
  • 35.10 gm wholegrain mustard
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Tear salad leaves in half and place in a large bowl. Peel and discard skin from chicken breasts, then thinly slice the meat across the grain. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl along with avocado, sprouts, and walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, combine juice, sauce, and mustard. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss gently, and serve with crusty bread.
