Savor a mouthwatering smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado sandwich with just 6 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Sandwich Thins
  • 19.80 gm garlic aioli
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
  • Slice sandwich thins in half. Spread 2 halves with creamy aioli. Layer with fresh salmon.
  • Grate the cucumber or peel it into long, thin strips, rotating it as you go to avoid the seeds.
  • Layer the cucumber slices on top of the salmon, followed by the avocado slices. Sprinkle with fresh dill and season with cracked black pepper. Top with the remaining cucumber pieces, then serve.
