Surprise Mom with delicious frittatas this Mother's Day!
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 83.33 gm thickened cream
  • 62.50 ml grated tasty cheese
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 200g smoked salmon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C and lightly grease 4 holes in a muffin pan with a 1-cup capacity.
  • Combine whisked eggs with creamy cheese in a large bowl. Mix in salt, cracked black pepper, chives, and parsley until well combined.
  • Place an equal amount of smoked salmon in each of the prepared holes, making sure to line the base and the sides of each one. Gently pour the egg mixture over the salmon.
  • Bake the frittatas for 20 minutes until they are firm and golden. Then, carefully remove them from the pan and serve while warm.
