Indulgent smoked salmon frittata with creamy cheese, garnished with herbs or avocado for an elegant touch.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces pepper smoked salmon
  • 8 black olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In an 8-inch oven-safe skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Introduce salmon and olives to the mix and briefly stir to enhance the flavors.
  • Combine eggs, milk, and cream in a bowl. Pour mixture over salmon and onion, gently stirring. Sprinkle cream cheese cubes on top. Cook over medium heat without stirring until edges set.
  • Transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until beautifully browned and puffed. Invert onto a serving plate and slice into wedges before serving.
