Delicious smoked salmon mini-quiches perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon, chopped
  • 40.00 ml dill, chopped
  • 40.00 ml chives, chopped
  • 30.00 gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 166.65 gm cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C (170C fan). Lightly oil two 12-hole round bottomed patty tins. Cut pastry rounds with a 7cm cutter and line the tins with the rounds.
  • Evenly distribute the salmon, herbs, and cream cheese among the pastry shells.
  • Combine the eggs and cream, then pour into the shells. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown (they will sink as they cool). Remove quiches from tins and cool on a wire rack.
