Indulge in creamy smoked salmon vol au vents for a weekend treat.
Ingredients:
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml vodka (optional)
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 x 60g packets mini vol au vents
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into 24 strips
  • Dill sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, vodka (if using), and chopped dill. Season with pepper to taste.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture into the pastry cases, then generously top with smoked salmon slices and fresh dill sprigs before serving.
