Creamy smoked salmon and cream cheese duo - a decadent and versatile treat.
Ingredients:
  • 48cm-long French stick
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 150g Vintage Club Spreadable Original Cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml dill sprigs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the bread into 2cm-thick slices and place them on the prepared tray. Brush both sides with oil.
  • Bake until the bread turns golden and crispy, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Then, cool on a wire rack.
  • Add cheese, smoked salmon, fresh lemon juice, and dill to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Generously spread the mixture on cooled toasted bread slices. Season with salt and pepper before serving as an appetizer or with aperitifs.
