Delicious smoked salmon rice balls - a versatile and flavorful dish for any meal or snack!
Ingredients:
  • 200g rice
  • 60ml seasoning
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 60g smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Prepare the rice according to the package instructions, then place it in a heatproof bowl.
  • Mix in the sushi seasoning and sugar until well combined. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Incorporate the savory smoked salmon into the rice mixture in the bowl. With dampened hands, mold the rice mixture into 2-tbs sized balls and place them on a plate.
  • In a shallow bowl, sprinkle the sesame seeds. Roll each rice ball in the sesame seeds to coat thoroughly. Place the coated rice balls on a plate. Repeat until all rice balls are coated. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving.
