Indulge in a delicious Snickerdoodle poke cake combining your favorite cookie flavors in a quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk (from two 14-oz cans)
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine cake mix, water, oil, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, then pour the batter into a baking dish.
  • Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Pierce the cake with a wooden dowel or skewer one inch apart, ensuring you reach the bottom of the pan. Pour condensed milk over the cake and use a spatula to evenly spread it over the surface, allowing it to seep into the holes.
  • Top with luxurious whipped topping and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before enjoying.
