Irresistibly dense zucchini bread with cinnamon and nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Incorporate sugar, oil, and vanilla, ensuring a thorough mix. Fold in zucchini followed by the flour mixture until fully incorporated. Gently fold in nuts and divide the batter into 2 ungreased loaf pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
