Revamp your blueberry pancakes with luscious sour cream for an explosion of blueberry flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat skillet or electric griddle to 350°F and lightly grease.
  • In a large bowl, whisk Bisquick, sour cream, milk, and eggs until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot skillet.
  • Cook for approximately 3 minutes until the edges are dry. Flip and continue cooking for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
