Indulgent blueberry and sour cream layered cake topped with whipped cream. A must-try dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix until combined. Press mixture into pan, then top with blueberries.
  • Whisk sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, egg yolks, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth. Drizzle the mixture over the blueberries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes until the top is lightly browned. Let it cool, then gently run a knife along the edge of the pan to loosen. Remove the outer ring of the pan and cut into wedges before serving.
