Delicious Nova Scotia-inspired dish, perfect with mashed potatoes and veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds haddock fillets
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly butter a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Lay the fish fillets in the casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, top with onions, spread mushroom soup, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Place in a cozy oven and let it bake for around 40 minutes, or until the dish becomes bubbly and the fish flakes effortlessly with a fork.
