Make succulent sous vide corned beef: season brisket, cook low & slow for unforgettable St. Patrick's day feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
Instructions:
  • Fill a large pot with water and immerse the sous vide cooker. Set it to 140°F (60°C) following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Begin by gently rinsing the corned beef under cool water to remove any excess salt, then pat it dry. Sprinkle seasoning onto the fatty side of the beef and press it in. Next, place the corned beef into a large vacuum bag and seal it using a vacuum sealer.
  • Submerge the sealed bag in the water and start a 48-hour timer.
  • Place the corned beef on a cutting board and slice it against the grain.
