Delicious turkey tortilla casserole layered with creamy sour cream, spicy green chiles, gooey cheddar cheese, and flavorful cream of mushroom and chicken soups.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into strips
  • 10 ounces cooked turkey, diced
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together the chicken soup, mushroom soup, chile peppers, and sour cream in a bowl.
  • Begin by delicately laying corn tortillas on the base of a 9x13-inch baking pan. Next, artfully place a layer of turkey atop the tortillas. Gently pour the soup mixture over the turkey, sprinkling evenly with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers with precision and confidence, finishing by generously sprinkling cheddar cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheese reaches a glorious golden brown hue and bubbles enticingly.
