Satisfy your craving with this comforting beef and cheese baked spaghetti dish, loaded with flavorful mushrooms and bell peppers. Perfect for an easy and filling dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 1. Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, around 12 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and bell pepper until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl. Increase heat to medium-high, then brown and crumble ground beef for 5-7 minutes; drain excess grease. Add beef to the vegetable bowl.
  • Combine spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, Cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, olives, oregano, and sugar with the beef mixture. Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese before baking.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
