Cheesy taco spaghetti bake with seasoned beef, sour cream sauce, and crispy tortilla chip topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • 1. Boil a generous amount of salted water in a large pot. 2. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes. 3. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a baking dish.
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Brown the beef in the hot skillet until crumbly and no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes; discard excess grease. 3. Mix in taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened, around 5 minutes. 4. Stir in corn and taco sauce; cook until heated through, an additional 5 minutes.
  • Mix together cream of chicken soup, tangy sour cream, and 1 cup of sharp Cheddar cheese until well blended. Layer this creamy mixture over the spaghetti. Top it off with the savory beef mixture, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, and add a crunchy layer of tortilla chips.
  • Cook in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
