Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400g beef or veal mince
  • 1 pinch dried mixed herbs
  • 400g can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large zucchini, grated
  • 5 large button mushrooms, chopped finely
  • 123.75 gm red wine
  • 24.40 gm worcestershire sauce
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 100g cheese or parmesan, grated
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add brown onion and garlic, saute until onion turns translucent.
  • Brown the mince by cooking it until it's cooked through.
  • Combine a medley of mixed herbs, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, wine, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Next, incorporate tomato paste into the meat mixture, stirring thoroughly until heated through.
  • In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
