Sizzle bacon and eggs, mix with spaghetti, olive oil, and Parmesan for a delicious, speedy dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound bacon, chopped
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Reserve some of the drippings, then crumble the bacon and set it aside.
  • Cook eggs in flavorful bacon drippings.
  • In a large bowl, toss spaghetti with olive oil until just moistened. Add bacon, eggs, and Parmesan cheese, then mix well. Serve right away for the best taste.
