Spaghetti with salsa cruda and feta

Savory pasta dish with cheesy salsa blend for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g feta
  • 600g very ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/2 bunch basil, washed, dried, leaves picked
  • 80g (1/2 cup) pitted kalamata olives
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until it is firm to the bite.
  • Prepare salsa cruda by finely chopping tomatoes and red onion, shredding basil leaves, and roughly chopping olives. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with pepper to taste.
  • After draining the spaghetti, return it to the pan and toss it with oil until well coated. Portion the spaghetti into serving bowls, then spoon the salsa cruda over each serving. Finish by crumbling feta cheese on top before serving immediately.
