Delicious Spam and egg scramble topped with melty Cheddar cheese - a protein-packed meal perfect for any time of day!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12 ounce) container fully cooked luncheon meat (e.g. Spam), cubed
  • 2 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs, add luncheon meat, and cook until eggs are almost set, about 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
