Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound skinless, boneless smoked bluefish
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 teaspoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Instructions:
  • Flake smoked bluefish and combine with cream cheese in a food processor. Use pulse setting until smooth. Add Dijon-style mustard and horseradish. Blend to your liking. Adjust mustard and horseradish to taste. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
