Juicy sweet and spicy lamb cutlets for a taste sensation.
Ingredients:
  • 16 (about 700g) lamb cutlets, excess fat trimmed
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 21.60 gm honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a large glass or ceramic dish, lay the lamb cutlets flat. Mix garlic, lemon juice, honey, ginger, cumin, ground coriander, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Coat the lamb with the marinade, ensuring even coverage. Refrigerate for 2 hours to enhance the flavors, covered with plastic wrap.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high heat, then lower to medium. Grill the lamb for 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
  • Place the succulent lamb cutlets on a beautiful serving platter, gently cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes before savoring the flavorful dish.
