Texas-style glaze enhances BBQ beef, lamb, pork, or chicken with mouthwatering flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 130.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 76.25 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 40.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 23.40 gm Dijon mustard
  • 7.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
Instructions:
  • Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, oregano, and cumin in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn the heat up to medium and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
