Create a quick and fiery smoothie with yogurt, soymilk, ice cream, and banana.
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy crème caramel low-fat yogurt
  • 1 ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 1/4 cups soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon caramel fat-free topping
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
  • Blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Divide mixture evenly between 2 elegant glasses and serve promptly.
