Easily elevate dishes with flavorful homemade chutney. Perfect for burgers, baguettes, and chicken!
Ingredients:
  • 250g semi-dried figs, finely chopped
  • 125.00 ml cider vinegar
  • 45.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1.25 gm mixed spice
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix figs, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, mixed spice, and oil. Stir and cook until it boils, about 2 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer partially covered, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Let cool, then store in an airtight container.
