Irresistible crunchy snack for nut enthusiasts.
Ingredients:
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) raw macadamia nuts
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) raw cashews
  • 160g (1 cup) natural almonds
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1.25 gm sweet paprika
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and spread the mixed nuts on a large baking tray. Roast for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  • In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
  • Combine warm nuts and soy sauce mixture, ensuring all nuts are coated. Spread nut mixture evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 3-5 minutes until dry. Let cool on the tray, then transfer to serving bowls. Enjoy!
