Quick and easy deconstructed cheesecake dessert ready in just 10 minutes! Perfect for when you're short on time but still craving something sweet.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 250g packet ginger nut biscuits
  • 825g can pear halves in syrup
  • 250g block cream cheese, chopped
  • 27.00 gm maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • Chopped crystallised ginger, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until coarsely chopped, then transfer to a bowl.
  • Separate the pears from the syrup, keeping 1/3 cup of syrup aside.
  • Blend cream cheese, maple syrup, cinnamon sugar, and reserved syrup until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Divide half of the chopped biscuit evenly among 4 serving glasses. Layer with half of the creamy cream cheese mixture and sweet pears. Add dollops of the remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the biscuit crumbs on top and garnish with crystallized ginger before serving.
