Ingredients:
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 0.5 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 fluid ounces nonfat evaporated milk
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine pumpkin, egg substitute, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and nonfat evaporated milk in a bowl.
  • Transfer the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
