Autumnal spiced pumpkin pie with self-crusting magic. Perfect with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, baking mix, melted butter, eggs, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into a pan.
  • Bake in a warm oven for 50-55 minutes until the center is set. Let it cool down before serving.
