Welcome the holidays with a creamy pumpkin pie made effortlessly with just 8 ingredients using Bisquick™. Prep in 10 minutes for a delicious dessert to impress your family. This heavenly pie is a must-have on your holiday menu!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Whipped topping, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Mix together all ingredients, excluding the whipped topping, until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a pie plate.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for about 3 hours until chilled. Serve with whipped topping and store covered in the refrigerator.
