Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Combine the flour with the baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg by sifting them together.
  • Combine sugar, butter, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin, milk, and vanilla. Add sifted ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
