Savor this zesty rub to marinate beef, pork, or lamb cuts.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 20.00 ml dried oregano
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 2.40 gm sea salt flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • Pinch black pepper
Instructions:
  • Toast coriander and cumin seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the ingredients to a mortar and pestle and crush them until coarse.
  • Mix the coriander mixture, oregano, paprika, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and pepper in a sealed container.
