Spicy Moroccan dippers

Enjoy crispy pastry twists with assorted dips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 10g butter, melted
  • Beetroot dip, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Mix together seasoning, chili, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Brush butter over the pastry sheet and generously sprinkle it with the seasoning mixture.
  • Cut the sheet in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 1cm-wide strips. Twist the strips and place them on trays lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and puffed. Serve alongside your favorite dip.
