Mouthwatering Asian beef stir-fry ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon chili or vegetable oil
  • 1 pound cut-up beef for stir-fry
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • Hot cooked noodles or rice, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat wok or skillet on high heat and swirl in oil to coat the surface evenly.
  • Place the beef in the wok and stir-fry for approximately 2 minutes until it browns. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-frying for about 1 minute until the vegetables reach a crisp-tender consistency. Then, stir in the hoisin sauce and continue to cook for about 30 seconds until hot. Enjoy the dish with noodles.
