Spice up your meals with lean and flavorful turkey burgers, perfect for a guilt-free lunch any time of year.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 56.00 gm tikka masala curry paste
  • 40.00 ml plain yoghurt, plus extra to serve
  • 20.00 gm mango chutney, plus extra to serve
  • 500g cooked turkey breast, roughly chopped
  • 27.60 gm vegetable oil
  • Toasted bread rolls, to serve
  • Baby spinach, to serve
  • Red onion, thinly sliced, to serve
  • 60.00 ml (1/4 cup) coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C.
  • Combine grated onion, tikka masala paste, egg, yogurt, mango chutney, and chopped turkey in a food processor until mixed. Shape mixture into 4 patties, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a non-stick frypan over medium heat, warm the vegetable oil for 1 minute. Sear the turkey patties on both sides. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 8 minutes. Serve on toasted buns with baby spinach, a dollop of extra yogurt, mango chutney, red onion slices, and fresh coriander leaves.
