Craft a mouthwatering spicy turkey burger that's sure to be a hit!
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 64.38 gm milk
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped coriander
  • Tabasco (optional)
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 200g green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 123.75 gm chipotle aioli
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 bread rolls, split, toasted
  • Oven roasted sweet potato chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Soak sliced bread in milk until absorbed. Squeeze out excess milk, then tear into small pieces. Combine with mince, coriander, and Tabasco (if desired) in a large bowl. Season well and mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into 4 large patties of the same size as your bread rolls.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil until shimmering. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until beautifully browned and fully cooked.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cabbage with 2 tablespoons of aioli until well combined.
  • Assemble by placing bread bases on 4 plates. Layer with cabbage, tomato, onion, pattie, extra aioli, and bread tops. Serve alongside oven-roasted sweet potato fries.
