Ingredients:
  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 2 packs frozen spinach
  • 1 pack fresh lasagne sheets
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 125.00 ml tasty cheese, grated
  • 125.00 ml mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Follow package instructions to thaw frozen spinach. Squeeze out and drain any excess liquid from spinach. Mix in ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Create 4-6 layers by alternately placing the mixture and lasagne sheets. Cover with a can of diced tomatoes, then sprinkle a blend of grated tasty and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  • Bake until the cheese is perfectly melted, about 15-20 minutes.
