Whip up a creamy spinach sauce for a delicious pasta in no time using frozen spinach.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 ounce) box frozen creamed spinach, thawed
  • 0.5 pound uncooked rotini pasta
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring water to a rolling boil. 2. Place the creamed spinach pouch in the boiling water and heat for 35 to 40 minutes, rotating occasionally.
  • Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add rotini and cook for about 8 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander.
  • In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, flavorful olive oil, and fresh tomatoes. Gently fold in the warm creamed spinach mixture. Serve atop rotini pasta.
