Ingredients:
  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.33333334326744 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Divide spinach between 2 plates. Add half of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on each plate. Sprinkle with goat cheese and sliced almonds to your liking. Adjust amounts as desired.
