Spooky Ghost Cupcakes

Whip up adorable eyeball cupcakes for a spooky treat with simple ingredients from the baking aisle.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 2 tubs (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ Decors candy sprinkles or colored sugar
  • 1 package (0.88 oz) Betty Crocker™ Candy Shop candy eyeballs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare and bake the cake mix according to the package instructions to make 24 cupcakes. Allow them to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Frost a few cupcakes at a time with the entire container of frosting, then quickly sprinkle them with decorations.
  • Transfer the contents of the second container of frosting into a quart-size resealable plastic freezer bag, then snip a small tip from one corner of the bag. Proceed to squeeze the frosting onto the cupcakes in assorted mound shapes.
  • Garnish with candy eyeballs atop dollops of frosting.
